This would require a short term lease or possibly even a year long lease before you are ready to purchase . . . we can assist with lease homes as well . . . we are in this for the long haul.

Our Client Support Program encompasses all your needs surrounding your new home, the happenings within your community or questions about Arizona in general. We have partners to assist with obtaining a mortgage, home inspection, painters, plumbers, pest control and the like. We'll provide information regarding setting up your utilities, scheduling a moving company or best place to order your favorite moving day dinner.

Before we meet in to begin our "in person" home search, our research together, plus your valuable feedback, and getting to know your family will allow us narrow down home choices to view based on what is most important to you in a home, neighborhood and general lifestyle choices. Virtual tours and possibly virtual open house tours will provide insight as well so as not to waste your time . . . we will take as much time as you need.
